This apartment was exactly what we needed to be in walking distance of the everything downtown. Positive: Studio apartment was very accessible and clean. Hosts provided everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Negative: Area is a little off the beaten path. And we didn’t know it was a lower unit.

Very cozy studio with everything provided - we didn't use the kitchen much, but it's fully stocked with dishes, etc. It was nice to have our own parking spot in the carport, and our hosts (although we didn't meet in person) were very welcoming and communicative - providing us with food ideas, etc. There were even art supplies on top of the fridge! The location is perfect for exploring downtown Kingston (and we went to a concert on Wolfe Island - the ferry is within easy walking distance.)We would definitely book the Art Studio again if we're in Kingston.

The place is nicer than its posted photos. The host was both super helpful and supportive. Great time, great value.
